  My services address to people who do not always choose the easiest way, whether they are amateurs or professionals. I run seminars on learning the technique of rolling out pastry for rustic pies and syrup desserts and processing the ingredients for filling all kind of pies. 

  The length and the content of the programme can be adjusted to the needs of the participants. Seminars can take place everywhere in Greece as long as the way and the place is discussed.

  I can collaborate with individuals, companies which promote food and wine tourism and organize events for revealing Greek culture through traditional dishes, hotels which organize culinary seminars or people who are simply fond of gastronomy.

Most of the time, I live in Kozani, Greece.
